Hospitality 360©

Hospitality 360© is Encore’s Service Excellence program that unleashes the potential within team members. Upon completion of the Hospitality 360© program, team members will:

  • Demonstrate radical hospitality
  • Respond to all feedback openly
  • Identify and utilize appropriate communication methods to provide candid feedback
  • Pass the Encore Service Group’s Essential Knowledge Exam with a score 95% or higher. The topics on this exam include, but are not limited to:
    • Wayfinding
    • Frequently Asked Questions
    • Operational Procedures
    • Identify and enhance behaviors that improve the guest experience
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage all aspects of effective service recovery

360 U©

360 U© is Encore’s ongoing leadership development program. Team members who complete 360 U© will:

  • Serve as advocates of Radical Hospitality
  • Create personal and professional goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound
  • Provide and receive feedback in a manner that creates an environment of persistent improvement
  • Identify, design, and execute a business innovation from inception to implementation
  • Create, evaluate, and critique business plans, financial statements, and forecasts
  • Plan, prepare for, and facilitate training, coaching sessions, and candidate interviews
